Action to be taken against restaurants in Quetta

QUETTA: Administration of Zarghoon and Chiltan Town Councils have decided to take action against the restaurants found serving sub-standard meal to the customers in the city.

It was learnt the other day that the town councils’ administration decided to take action after receiving complaints against the local restaurants for serving sub-standard meal to their customers, due to which many of them have suffered from stomach related diseases.

Earlier, the town councils have warned the first class restaurant administration to keep their kitchen separate from their customer hall where meal is served. It is learnt that action would also be taken against the restaurant found not keeping cleanliness. Quality of spices being used in meal and weight of the bread would also be checked during the examination of these restaurants.
