NATO tanker attacked in Dhadar

QUETTA, Dec 9: An oil tanker supplying fuel to NATO forces in Afghanistan was attacked in Dhadar area of Balochistan on Wednesday.

According to police sources, unidentified people resorted indiscriminate firing on an oil tanker when it reached at Dopassi area of Dadar. It was en route to Afghanistan carrying fuel for NATO forces. As a result of firing, thousands of liter oil were destroyed. However, driver of the vehicle escaped unhurt in the attack.

The assailants managed to flee from the site after committing crime.

Police has started a search operation in the area for the arrest of accused persons. Ends
