Baloch Hal Team Wishes our readers and followers Happy New Year
QUETTA, Dec 26: The sister of Abdul Hayee Bangulzai has demanded the chief justice of Balochistan High Court and other humanitarian organisations to play their role for the early recover of her brother and other missing Baloch persons allegedly picked up by government agencies.
Talking to Baloch Hal on Saturday, she said her brother Abdul Hayee Bangulzai was a dispenser and receiving training at Civil Hospital. On August 29, he was on his way home when security forces allegedly picked him up along with his official motorbike at Polytechnic Girls College on Sariab Road.
“We are completely unaware of his whereabouts since his alleged kidnapping,” she said, adding that her brother was innocent and had no links with any political or religious party.
She said if Abdul Hayee had committed any crime or was involved in any unlawful activity, he should be produced before a court of law so he could prove his innocence, instead of putting him in a “torture cell”.
Referring to the Balochistan Package, she complained that the basic purpose of the package was to recover missing Baloch persons but instead of doing so, more Balochs were being arrested and kidnapped.
“Recently, many Balochs have been allegedly arrested by government agencies including Gaffar Langav and Sangat Sana which is further fuelling hatred between the rulers and the Balochs,” she added.
She alleged that the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani, is powerless in recovering Baloch missing persons because the Frontier Corps (FC) is not under the control of the provincial government.
She regretted the chief minister’s recent statement that most of the missing persons had deliberately gone underground to malign the country’s intelligence agencies.
She said if they had deliberately gone underground, then their mothers, sisters and daughters would not be protesting on the streets and roads for their recovery.
“If the respectable chief minister can’t sympathise with the relatives of missing persons, he also has no right to rub salt on their wounds,” she added.
She said the chief minister proudly calls himself “Chief of Sarawan”, but he is totally unaware what is being done to the people of Sarawan.
She said her father was a cardiac patient and after the disappearance of his son, his health was further deteriorating with each passing day.
She appealed to the Chief Justice Balochistan High Court, Qazi Faez Essa, for immediate recovery of Abdul Hayee Bangulzai and other Balochs and take notice of their alleged detention.
She demanded that the judiciary should also pay due attention to the issue of missing persons as according to her, it is a more serious issue than the NRO.
She also demanded the chairperson, Human Rights Commission, Asma Jehangir, and other international human rights organisations to play their role and stop the kidnapping of Baloch people.

My sister, this is not a country where humanity, any constitution and any traditionally civilized nation is ruling. We can’t say which kind of culture or people are ruling over here. If they call themselves muslim then is it the same Islam that Quran or Hadith or Prophet have preached? If not then which Islam is it? Dear sister! Every night has day and every rise has a fall. Dont worry. Allah is always with reality and reality imposes itself at any cost in spite these negative actions.
