Ten people killed by forces in Dera Bugti, alleges BRP spokesman

QUETTA, Dec 14: Baloch Republican Party (BRP) on Monday claimed that security forces have killed 10 people and wounded 25 others in an alleged operation carried out in different areas of Dera Bugti.
According to Faisal Bugti, the spokesman of BRP for Sui, personnel of Frontier Corps (FC) carried out operation in different areas including Jaro, Damardan, Neelagh, Makhi and Gori on Monday morning.
He alleged that 10 innocent people were killed and 25 others sustained injuries in the operation.
He further claimed that security forces used helicopters and other heavy weapons in alleged operation.
However, when the spokesman of FC in Quetta was contacted by this scribe in this regard, he out rightly rejected that any operation was conducted in Dera Bugti or Sui.
He added that through issuing baseless statements they wanted to mislead the people.
