Truck driver kidnapped in Mach

MACH, Dec 2: Unknown persons kidnapped a driver of a truck along Quetta-Sibi section of national highway on Wednesday.

The Mazda truck No TKN-345 truck was carrying fruit to Quetta. When it reached at Lyndse along Quetta-Sibi section of national highway in the Bala Nari Police Station area, one of its tyres got punctured. The driver stopped the truck to change the tyre. In the meanwhile, four unknown armed men hiding there kidnapped the driver at gun-point and disappeared from the scene.

On information, the local police reached the site and started the search for the kidnappers following their signs on the ground. However, the police failed to locate the missing driver or collect any information about the abductors.
