Two students wounded during tump protest rally

QUETTA , Dec 23: At least two students were wounded in a firing incident during a protest rally in Tump area of Kech district on Wednesday.

According to reports , students of Gumazai Government School were taking out a protest rally in favour of their demands when brother of a provincial minister allegedly opened fire on them. As a result two students identified as Yasir, and Salam sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment where condition of Yasir is stated to be serious.

Meanwhile, BSO-Azad has announced shutter down strike and boycott of classes on Thursday (today) in Kech district against the incident.

The spokesman of BSO-Azad said that students were holding a peaceful rally against shortage of teachers in their school.
