Armed licenses to be computerized in city

QUETTA: The city district government Quetta has launched a plan to computerize armed license which had been issued during last two years.

According to the details, notices have been issued to persons who got armed licenses in March 2009 and after the period. Their armed licenses would be converted to computerized ones.

It was learnt that quota of armed licenses for the provincial capital has also been enhanced. The district administration decided to computerize armed licenses after receiving complaints regarding issuance of the extra number of licenses against the fixed quota.
