Attacker killed in Quetta

QUETTA, Jan 13: An alleged attacker was killed by the firing of body guard of Rahim Jafari the Chiarman of Tahfuz Azadari Council at Kirani Road on Wednesday morning.

According to police sources, an armed man opened firing on vehicle of Chairman of Azadar Tahfuz Council.

Body guard retaliated that resulted in spot death of attacker. Soon after the incident, police reached the site and moved the body to hospital for autopsy.

Sources said that a TT Pistol and Magazine were recovered from possession of attacker. However, his identification is yet to be ascertained.

Police has registered a case and started investigation.
