Dead bodies of 4 miners recovered

QUETTA: Dead bodies of four mine workers were retrieved from a mine in Marwar area some 80 Km form Quetta and sent to their native area in Swat.

Stating this Chief Inspector of Mines Farooq Ahmad told reporters here Sunday that initially he received information of  death of eight mine workers due to gas explosion in a mine while working at a depth of three thousand feet.

He said rescue teams recovered the dead bodies of four mine workers while three were saved and one of them was injured. He was brought to Quetta and admitted into civil hospital for treatment.

He told that ill-fated mine had been sealed.
