Father kills son before committing suicide

QUETTA: A father committed suicide here in the provincial capital after killing his own son on Monday due to domestic differences, police said.

According to the details, a resident of Nawan Kili identified as Abdul Ghani killed his son, Abdullah, on Monday morning due to unknown domestic issues and subsequently killed himself.

The dead bodies of father and the son were taken to Quetta’s civil hospital for autopsy. They were handed over to the family members after the completion of necessary medical and police formalities. Police said the immediate cases of clash between the father and son could not be extracted. However, police investigation was under way in the case.
