Governor Magsi distributes degrees in 5th BUITMS Convocation

QUETTA, Jan 05: Governor Balochistan Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi on Tuesday distributed degrees amongst graduates during 5th convocation of Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUTIMS) here on Tuesday.

Governor Balochistan also awarded gold medals to students for their outstanding performance during their graduation period in the University.

Addressing on the occasion, Governor Balochistan Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi congratulated all graduates and prayed for their bright and successful future.

He said that students and youth were future of the country and they would have to run the affairs of country in future.

He expressed pleasure that the females were getting interest in getting higher education and termed it a good omen for the development of the province.

He regretted over the absence of some provincial ministers and secretaries in the function and said that despite formal invitation they did not attend the function.

Governor Balochistan announced Rs 0.2 million as a special reward for gold medalist students.
