Nawab Aslam Khan Raisani contacts Chief Minister Sindh killing over Balochs in Karachi

QUETTA, Jan 11: Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Muhammad Aslam Khan Raisani Monday contacted Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah on telephone and drew his attention towards the target killings of Baloch people in Karachi.

Official sources revealed, Nawab Raisani told his counterpart of Sindh that Baloch population in Karachi had always played an important role in the development and building of Karachi.

“The Baloch people always contributed a lot towards strengthening the democratic system in place and never sided with any fascist or chauvinist elements,” he said and added, “the target killings of the law abiding and peaceful citizens was a matter of great concern.”

Sources said that both the leaders agreed that the loss of human lives and unrest in Karachi was aimed at to derail the democratic process in the country.

This said that these conspiracies were being made on the part of vested interests. Chief Minister Sindh assured that every possible measure would be taken for the safety and protection of the dwellers of city.
