Shutter down strike observed in Hub against killing of Balochs in Karachi

HUB: A complete shutter down strike was observed in Hub the industrial town of Balochistan on Sunday against the killing of Balochs in Karachi.

Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) has given the strike call strongly condemned that target killing of Balochistan in Karachi allegedly perpetrated by Muttahida Qaumi Movement.

All shops and main business centres remained shut in Hub town throughout the day while traffic was seen plying on the roads as usual.

Administration had taken strict security arrangements as police backed by other law enforcement agencies were deployed at different parts of the city while police mobile quads kept patrolling different areas of the city to thwart any untoward incident. However, no unpleasant incident was reported from any part of the city.

Meanwhile, the workers of BNP took out a protest rally condemning the killings in Karachi demanded of the government for immediate arrest of murders.
