It is not mentioned that it is funded by ICRC in 1997 but funded from almost 2005. No doubt 2-3 expacts are supported by the local staff having speciality in their fields. It is never meant that war wounded pateints lead a normal life, It is just matter of understanding. The mandate of ICRC is to treat war wounded pateints no doubt but it treats the pateints effected by polio, natural leg shortning ets which is called prothesis. ICRC planned to have health programme in Harnai which is delyed due to NOC matter with Home department and healthe programme is suspended in chaghi (sorry for the wromg information) Note: Thanks Waseem for some correction.
