Water Management employees threaten self-immolation

QUETTA: Adhoc and contract employees of Water Management, a wing of Agriculture Department Balochistan here Wednesday threatened to committ self-immolation if their services were not regularized immediately.

According to a statement issued by the Water Management Employees, they said they had been continuing their protest for the last six months but despite passing of 223 days, no action was taken so far to regularize their jobs.

They maintained their hunger strike camp would continue until their services were regularized.
