Better health facilities being ensured in Balochistan: Dr. Firdous Awan

QUETTA: Federal Minister for Population Welfare, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan on Wednesday said that effective measures are being taken to ensure provision of better facilities for child and mother healthcare in the province.

Addressing the participants during a briefing here at Regional Training Institute Quetta, the Minister said that the department would take concrete steps to ensure provision of better facilities for population welfare in remote areas of Balochistan.

Earlier, the minister visited the provincial office of Population Welfare and various parts of the Regional Training Institute.

Provincial Secretary for Population Welfare Asmatullah and Director General, Mozam Shah were also present on the occasion.
