Protest against non-availability of water

QUETTA: Residents of Jan Muhammad Jamali road staged a protest demonstration owing to unavailability of water on Monday.

According to details, hundred of protesters hailing from Jan Muhammad Jamali area protested against the WASA due to unavailability of water as the people are compelled to purchase water tanks.

The protesters said that they filed several complaints to high ups but no action has been taken yet to resolve the issue. They appealed of the government to ensure the provision of water in the area. The protesters chanted slogans in favor of their demands and dispersed peacefully.
