Canadian HC meets Raisani

QUETTA: Canadian High Commissioner to Islamabad Randolph Mank called on Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani in Islamabad Friday.

Besides matters of mutual interest investment opportunities in Balochistan and ongoing development process were also discussed at their meeting.

Chief Minister said that there are massive opportunities of investment in Gwadar Port and allied sectors of fisheries, sea food, agriculture, livestock and minerals particularly cutting and cleaning of raw marble, energy sector. Both provincial and federal governments were providing every possible facilities and incentives to investors in this regard. Provincial government was also providing security to the investors.

Canadian High Commissioner expressed keen interest in investment from his government and Canadian investors groups.
