Electricity tower Blown in Mach

QUETTA:  Unknown persons blew up 220 kv Sibi-Quetta double circuit transmission line tower No 235 at Kashtari nullah near Mach in the small hours Friday. Tower was partially damaged but electricity supply was not suspended.

A Spokesman of QESCO said here Friday that soon after security clearance a team of technical experts would be dispatched to the site for the repair of the affected tower. Supply of electricity form affected tower was continuing, Spokesman added. -PPI
