27 Pakistanis handed over by Iranian authorities

QUETTA: Iranian forces Sunday handed over 27 Pakistani nationals to Pakistani officials at Taftan border gate of Pak-Iran border.

According to sources in the Federal Investigation Agency, Iranian forces had apprehended 27 Pakistani nationals for entering Iran without traveling documents. The FIA sources maintained that those 27 persons had planned to reach Europe via Iran and Turkey.

The FIA has registered a case against those 27 people under the Passport Act and started further investigation.
