Home Minister takes notice of alleged rape case

NASIRABAD: Provincial Home Minister, Mir Zafarullah Zehri, while taking sexual assault of a farmer’s daughter, has directed police authorities to arrest the accused involved in the incident within 24 hours and submit a detailed report to him.

Minister has also condemned firing incident at the premises of Session Court Nasirabad and has also called a report .

Speaking with Correspondents at Dera Murad Jamali Press club by telephone Home Minister Zafarullah Zehri said that he has read news in the newspapers and TV channels about the sexual assault of daughter of a kissan in Mir Hassan Police Station area. He was very much grieved and sorrow. He strongly condemns this shameful act and has taken serious notice of the incident.  He has directed police to arrest accused involve din this incident within 24 hours and submit him a detailed report.

Answering a question he said government would ensure immediate dispensation of justice to the poor and suppressed people. Justice and legal security would be provided to the family of the affected girl and her family. He said if police failed to apprehend the accused within stipulated period, strict action would be taken against them
