Sacrificial meat for Afghan refugees arrives

QUETTA: A consignment of sacrificial meat for distribution among Afghan refugees based in Balochistan reached Quetta from Saudi Arabia via Karachi on Friday Morning.

The consignment of sacrificial meat was packed in in a freeze container. The meat consisted of 1865 cartons, weighing 18650 in Kilograms.

After examining by the veterinary Doctors the meat was Transported to Muslim Bagh for distribution among 16386 individuals at Malgagai Afghan Refugees camp.

The operation was being carried out by Islamic Development Bank of Jeddah.

To supervise the operation a representative of the Bank Abdul Malik Usmani also accompanied the consignment.
