Two FC officials injured in attack on check post in Quetta

QUETTA, April 2: Two personnel of Frontier Corps (FC) and a passerby received serious wounds when unknown militants hurled a hand grenade on the check post of security forces near Golimar Chowk of Quetta here on Friday night.

According to details, unidentified armed men lobbed grenade on check post of FC near Golimar Chowk, which exploded and caused injuries to two security personnel identified as Lance Naiks Tariq and Iqbal. A passerby identified as Talib Hussain also received injuries in grenade blast. They were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Police and personnel of FC after the blast cordoned off the area and started investigation.
