Balochistan-Sindh Highway blocked in Bolan against driver’s killing

BOLAN: At least two people were killed and two others wounded in separate incidents of violence in different towns of Balochistan on Monday.
According to the reports, unknown robbers intercepted a truck in Dhadar area of Bolan District and opened fire on the owners when they offered

resistance. Resultantly, the truck driver, Noor Khan, was killed on the spot while his companion, namely Muhammad Hanif, sustained injuries.
On getting information, Levies rushed to the site and took the

deceased and injured to the hospital.
Following the incident, transporters blocked Quetta-Sindh National
Highway in Bolan district and strongly protested over the killing of
truck driver. They demanded for immediate arrest of robbers and
security to the transporter.
Levies has registered a case and started investigation into the incident.
In another incident, a person was shot dead in Dasht in the outskirts
of Quetta.
