BIFD-NED workshop to begin on Monday

QUETTA: Balochistan Institute for Development (BIFD) is holding a three-day media capacity building workshop at Quetta press club on Monday.

According to the details, Balochistan Institute for Development (BIFD), a Quetta-based non-governmental organization, will hold a three-day workshop on media, democracy and human rights at Quetta Press Club for the district correspondents of Balochistan. Journalists belonging to print and electronic media from several districts of the province will participate in the three-day event to discuss various aspects of media and human rights issues.

It is the third workshop being organized by BIFD with the collaboration of National Endowment for Democracy (NED) for the journalists of Balochistan.

Senior newspaper editors, journalists, civil society leaders and intellectuals are scheduled to address the upcoming media workshop which will take place at the Conference Hall of the Quetta Press Club
