BRA/BRP disown threats to ICRC’; term it agencies’ conspiracy against Baloch movement

QUETTA: A Baloch separatist party, the Baloch Republican Party (BRP), and an underground group struggling from the Baloch mountains through violent means, the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) have outright rejected the allegations of International Committee of Red Cross officials about receiving threats from Baloch nationalists.
In two separate statements issued to the local media, Sher Mohammad Bugti, a spokesman of Baloch Republican Party and Sarbaz Baloch, the spokesman of Baloch Republican Army (BRA) said no Baloch group was involved in issuing threats to the ICRC as it was viewed as an independent and neutral organization. The Baloch groups are not at war with ICRC but look for its interventions in the areas that were devastated during the military operation.
Both the spokesmen held state intelligence agencies responsible for making a threatening phone call to ICRC office in Quetta in order to malign the Baloch nationalist movement.
“There is a conspiracy hatched by the state agencies and anti-Baloch forces to prevent all international relief organization to the war-stricken Baloch people of the province. The state agencies are creating trouble for the foreign organizations by using the name of the Baloch nationalist,” said the spokesmen.

We think that if Baluchs were against the ICRC, they had killed the
ex-chief of this organisation Mr. John Solecki. To win the sympathy
of western countries, their top leaders endeavourd to save his
life. The life of Mr. John Solecki was saved but ISI killed the saviours
of Mr. John Solecki i.e. Mr. Ghulam Mohd, Muneer and Lala.
O.K. Baluchs have complains that ICRC and the western civilisation
is blind over the plight of Balochs but helps the Talibans (members
of Quetta Shura) who use to go to Afghanistan and kill NATO forces.
It`s a common sense that ICRC follows the dictations of Pakistani
military in the same manner as American Administration is following
blindly the dictations of ISI.

I do agree, that Baloch are not involved in this threatening… Its all agencies…. We Balochs will not forget when there was destruction due to flood throughout Balochsitan, Governemnt agencies not allowed International NGOs to work in Baloch populated areas…. Why should we forget about Baloch IDPs from Kohlu and Dera Bugti Districts…. still living under Sun without any support having no shelter and basic facilities of life….. while dont forget while there was earth quake in one Pasthun District Ziarat what a media compaign was launch for them… and the IDPs of Swat each every Government Machinery was active to rehabilitate them…. Now if ICRC is working independently the agencies are threatening them through fake phone calls

It seems that Mr Khan Jan Baloch and the “Friends of Baluchs”do not know the difference between the ICRC and the UNHCR. If they did, they would know that Mr Solecki was not ICRC chief, but UNHCR staff….
