Protest over killing by dacoits

QUETTA: A truck driver was killed in Rakhni area in District Barkhan on Tuesday.

According to details Saleem kakar was carrying coal in his truck last night. When he reached Rakhni,  unknown persons opened fire on him in which he sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

His dead body was brought to Nawan Killi Quetta. Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) and relatives of deceased man decided to bring his dead body to Quetta Press Club and stage a protest.

They held a demonstration in front of Askari Park along Airport Road and later held a protest demonstration along with his dead body in fro not Provincial assembly building.

Security personnel however did not allow them to move towards Press club and sent them back to Nawan Killi.
