Trader kidnapped in Quetta

QUETTA: The unidentified armed men here on Saturday kidnapped a trader in wee hours of the day at Haji Gaibi Road, Police said.

According to details, a trader namely Kashif was way to shop when unidentified armed men intercepted him and on gunpoint and shifted him to unknown place.

Later, in protest against increasing incidents of kidnapping for ransom in the province, particularly in the provincial capital, the Anjuman-e-Tajran staged a demonstration in front of the press club.

Traders led by President Rahim Kakar raised slogans demanding government for the early and safe recovery of the kidnapped trade.
