Two dacoits killed, two arrested

LORALAI: Two dacoits were killed and two were caught injured in an action here Saturday.

According to details, Police were tipped that some dacoits had escaped towards Zangi Wal river after snatching a motorcycle in the city today. Policemen,  on two motorcycles, were sent after them. When they saw policemen on motorcycles, they hit one of the motorcycles and riders fell down. They also opened fire on the policemen.

During exchange of fire, three dacoits were caught including one Abdul Razzaq injured. They were shifted to civil hospital Loralai where Razzaq succumbed to injuries. A dacoit, Nasir Khan, who had escaped, was later arrested.  He was referred to Quetta but he also succumbed to injuries on way.

Two dacoits Muhammad Shah and Naqeebullah were arrested and are currently undergoing investigation.
