Unabated violence: Five, including three girls, killed in Naseerabad

QUETTA: Violence continued to perturb Naseerabad Division on Thursday as around five more people, including three girls, were killed in three diverse violent cases of firing.

Sources said unidentified persons barged in the house of police officer Mureed Hussein in Shaeed Murad Colony in Dera Allha Yar and opened indiscriminate fire. As result of the firing, two of his young daughters, Shenaz Bibi 18 and Naser Bibi,8 died on the spot while his son, Gulam,  received bullet wounds.

The perpetrators managed to flee from the scene. Levies force rushed to the site soon after the incident and took the dead bodies as well as the injured boy in the neighboring  hospital.

In another similar incident in Ghot Bhadur Shah town of Dera Allah Yar area in Naseerabad District where unidentified persons stormed into the house of Mohammad Barani, and opened indiscriminate fire as a result pf which Mohammad Barani and his three-year old daughter, Murzadi, died on the spot and Maruym , Mir Zadi , Hazar Khan and Mullah bakesh  received bullet wounds.

Sources said the incident as a result of relatives clash. Levies force rushed to the site soon after the incident and took the dead bodies and the injured to nearby hospital.

In yet another violent incident, unknown assailants shot dead a man in Dra Mrad Jmali on Thursday,

According to the details, unidentified armed men opened fire on a local resident identified as Mohammad Asif, who died on the spot. Levies reached the spot soon after the incident and took the body to the closest hospital. A case has been registered and Levies has begun investigations. The body of the deceased was handed over to relatives after completing medico-legal formalities.
