Balochistan CM fires minorities’ minister

QUETTA/LAHORE: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani has fired provincial minister for minorities affairs over breaking the law and ending up in the custody of Punjab police in Lahore.

According to official spokesman of the government of Balochistan, provincial minister Jaffar George has been removed from his office by Cheif Minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisan.

Balochistan’s provincial minister for minorities was arrested along with his two partners under the charges of drinking and creating panic.
Qila Gujar Singh police arrested minority minister Jaffar George from Al Falah Theater under the charges of drinking and creating panic.

According to theater management and police, Jaffar George and his partners misbehaved with booking office staff and some stage actors. As soon as the call was made to 15, police arrested the provincial minister and registered a case and also took his official vehicle in custody. The provincial minister said that his arrest is done upon the orders of Punjab government and the charges compelled on him are not correct.
