Journalists condemn Israel

QUETTA: Journalists staged protest in different parts of Balochistan, including Quetta, on Tuesday against Israeli terrorism.

A demonstration was held under auspices of Balochistan Union of Journalists (BUJ). Participants carried placards inscribed with slogans against Israeli aggression. They marched on roads and turned into a demonstration in front of Quetta Press Club.

Addressing on the occasion BUJ President Abdul Khaliq Rind said that since long Israel was committing aggression against Palestinians. For the first time, Pakistani journalists exposed its brutalities in open sea before the world. He demanded immediate recovery of a pro-establishment Pakistani television journalist who was a part of the same peace delegation that was attacked by the Israeli forces.

In Gandava (Jhal Magsi) journalists also held a demonstration in front of Press Club. They also staged a sit in in support of their protest against Israeli and arrested of noted journalist Talat Hussain and members of his team.

Journalists also staged a demonstration in Dera Allah Yar today and protested Israeli attack on international humanitarian aid for Palestinians.

Journalists took out a rally led by President Jaffarabad Press Club Lal Muhammad Shaheen Protestors carried placard and march on different roads. They returned to Press Club and staged a sit in.

Speakers on the occasion strongly condemned Israeli terrorism and said that by attacking Freedom Flotilla Israeli Army had sent a message of third world war.

They demanded of the United Nations to take notice of Israeli brutalities and secure release  of the pr0-Islamabad television journalist  and hundreds of other hostage form Israeli clutches.
