Little Girl Among Three Killed In Dera Bugti Landmine Blast
DERA BUGTI: Three people, including a little girl and her mother, were killed in a landmine blast in Sui area of Dera Bugti district on Sunday.
According to the sources, members of the Bugti tribe were heading from Sui to Dera Bugti town on a cart when they hit a landmine planted underground which instantly killed Ismail Bugti, his wife Sahibzadi and little girl who was identified as Baby.
The dead bodies were taken to Pakistan Petrolem Limited (PPL) Hospital in Sui where a large number of policemen and personnel of paramilitary forces reached to inquire the matter. The landmine blast scared the local people and it suspended daily businesses as the law enforcement agencies began to cardoon off the area as a part of their investigations into the matter. The dead bodies were handed over to the relatives of the killed persons after the completion of medical and legal formalities by the hospital and police authorities. No case has been registered in the wake of the landmine blast yet.
