Teenager Injured In Sui Blast

DERA BUGTI: A teenage boy was injured in an explosion in Sui Bazaar of Dera Bugti on Thursday.

A home-made bomb was placed near a government school situated in Sui Bazaar. It went off with huge explosion injuring a 15-year old passer-by Lal Khan who is said to be a student of the school, sources said.

Security personnel reached the spot after the blast and cordoned off the area. The injured was taken to nearby hospital and admitted because of his critical wounds. Local law enforcement agencies are investigating in to the incident.

Meanwhile, a cracker bomb was exploded on Saryab Road of Quetta on Thursday. However no loss was reported in the blast.

Official sources said unidentified men planted a home-made cracker along with roadside in Haq Baho Bungalows on Saryab Road. It went off with big bang but no one was injured in the blast. Security personnel and Bomb Disposal Squad rushed to the site soon after the blast. Police are making investigation in to the matter.
