Transporters call for shutter down, wheel jam on June 5

QUETTA: Balochistan transporters have announced to observe a wheel jam and shutter down on June 5 in the province to protest highway robberies along national highways.

The decision was taken at a meeting of transporters bodies at All Quetta Karachi Coaches Union under the leadership of Abdullah Kurd . It was attended by different bodies of Transporters.

The meeting said that transporters were fed up with the growing lawlessness on the highways and increasing petroleum prices. They have been forced to resort to protest as a last resort.
