Truck Driver Kidnapped in Dhadar

SIBI: Unknown armed persons on Saturday kidnapped a truck driver at gunpoint in Dhadar, area of Sibi and managed to escape from the area.

According to details, a driver namely Inayatullah was kidnapped by unknown persons near Dhadar area. The transporters blocked the Quetta-Sibbi road in protest of the kidnapping.

The commuters faced immense difficulties due to blockage of road. The protestors peacefully dispersed after successful negotiations between local administration and delegation of Balochistan Goods Truck Owners Association. Deputy Commissioner assured the delegation that the kidnapped person would be recovered within 48 hours.
