Balochistan Police Rejects Online’s Allegations on National Party

QUETTA: The Balochistan Police have categorically denied the report of Online News Agency which was attributed to some nameless police sources blaming the National Party to have masterminded the murder of Balochistan National Party (BNP) secretary general Habib Jalib Baloch.

A spokesman for the Balochistan police rejected the planted news report of the Online News Agency which had indicated that the National Party killed Habib Jalib to take avenge the killing of its central leader Mir Maula Baksh Dashti who was killed on Sunday in Turbat.

The police spokesman said the investigation of Jalib’s murder was being headed by the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) and a team of expert police officers. Therefore, it was irresponsible on the part of the newspapers and news agencies to run unverified news reports which could lead to further chaos and mistrust in the society.
