Balochistan Unrest A ” big conspiracy” Of Foreign Forces: Senator Raisani

QUETTA: President of Pakistan Peoples Party, Balochistan Chapter, Senator Lashkari Raisani has claimed foreign involvement in subversive activities in Balochistan terming it as a ” big conspiracy” against Pakistan and its people.
Talking to journalists at Sarawan House, the provincial headquarters of the PPP, here on Tuesday, he said all the political parties criticized the government over missing persons issue but no political figure condemned the targeted killing of innocent people as their death toll had risen by now as high as 200.
“The government had established a cell at the Provincial Home Department [ to trace the missing persons]. Only the relatives of 65 missing persons have provided complete details. We are making efforts to trace the disappeared and also taking measures to ensure the lives and safety of the common people,” he said.
He deplored that the Baloch nationalists had not condemned the incidents of target killing because of fear or avoiding offending the subversive elements.
“The Balochistan Levies had been revived in many tribal areas where law and order situation had improved a lot comparing it with Quetta,” he observed and added “it will take time to completely normalize the situation in Quetta and some other parts of the province because earlier semi-literate Nazims were responsible of maintenance of law and order.”
He said that government was taking serious measures to retain peace and confessed that it was not a bed of roses to uproot violence overnight.
Some foreign elements are involved in a major conspiracy hatched against Pakistan, the recent spate of target killings is also part of that conspiracy therefore the responsibilities of Government has been increased to foil it.
“We had promoted community policing to cut down the chain of culprits. The outcome was good enough as Balochistan Levies had successfully busted several gangs of criminals were involved in highways robberies and kidnapping for ransom cases. Balochistan Levies is like a community police and indigenous force also accountable before the local people,” he explained.

Sanctity of human life rests above all human values. Therefore, Loss of any life is regretable no matter from what nationaity they may be. But our learned Senator seems to be completely unaware of ‘the professional slaugther’. Well it happens to be the establishment that he is now a part of it. He should have also asked himself who has brought Baluchistan to this state. Are they those who fight for their basic democratic rights or those crooks and criminals who have illegally occupied their homeland and have been plundering their resources for over sixty years. Is not a legitmate question to ask himself who have caused all deaths and destructions for all that many years. Is it not the artificial fundamentalist state of Pakistan? Have you ever encountered any liberation movement that has not been lebelled as a ‘foreign conspiracy’. Conspiracies are merely marketable in a closed, secretive, and undemocratic system such as in Pakistan and Iran. They are the tools of corrupt authorities to manipulate the people under their control. They know very well that these artificial states cannot exists even for a day if it was not for use extreme military force, religious fundamentalism, deception, lies and conspiracy theories. What the learned Pakistani senator has said is not unexpected. This is what Pakistani establishment has been saying from the very day they ilegally invaded Baluchistan and naturally had encountered the Baluch resistance. The solution is very simple. Do not blame others. Let the international media, independent foreign observers into Baluchistan and keep out the invading Pakistani army and secret services from Baluchistan and then let Baluch decide freely about their future. Then you will see your cheap ‘Foreign conspiracy’ theory will have no customer even among those Pakistani fundamentalist hypocrates who can buy anything to keep this irational structure intact.
As per Mr. Senator conspiracy hatched against Pakistan, can u please say by whom. There was no conspiracy in Bengal, why it became Bangladesh, all because rouge Punjabi control Pakistani army, they are so greedy addicted to US dollars this time they willing to break it all.
