Four NATO Tankers Gutted in Bolan
BOLAN: Unidentified persons attacked and set ablaze four oil tankers destined to supply oil to NATO forces stationed in Afghanistan in a violent case of firing Mach Area of Bolan district on Friday.
The firing took place at a time when the drivers were sitting in a local restaurant to take tea. Therefore, no body was injured in the attack. As four oil tankers caught fire, 200,000 liters of oil was set ablaze.
Around 20,000 oil tankers and trucks travel on the National Highway in Balochistan to meet the supply needs of NATO forces deployed in Balochistan.
The local authorities failed to make any progress in tracing the elements responsible for attacking the NATO oil tankers. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
