Governor Magsi Orders Reinstatement Of LUAMS Students

QUETTA: The Governor of Balochistan, Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi, who is also the Chancellor Lasbella University of Agriculture and Marine Sciences (LUAMS),  has directed the university administration to reinstate the rusticated students of the University.

He issued this directive to the concerned authorities following a meeting with a delegation of rusticated students of Lasbella University of Agriculture and Marine Sciences who called on him here on Tuesday and requested him to reinstate them.

On their request, the  Governor directed the Vice Chancellor of Lasbella University of Agriculture and Marine Sciences to reinstate all the rusticated students and withdraw whatever cases had been registered against these students. The decision of the governor was take as a goodwill gesture to prevent the academic year of the students from being destroyed.
