Police Recover Hand Grenades and Hashish in Quetta

QUETTA, July 17: Police claimed to have recovered hand grenades and hashish from a container, in the outskirts of Quetta, on Saturday.

According to details, police during routine patrolling signaled a suspicious container for search at Eastern Bypass area of Quetta. Driver of container instead of halting vehicle tried to escape. Police started chasing container and managed to stop it, however, driver and his accomplice succeeded to escape. Police during search recovered 24 hand grenades and 140KG hashish from the secret cavities of container.

Police has registered a case against unknown persons and started a search for the arrest of accused persons.
