QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani has said extremists had been attacking Baloch Nawabs and tribal chieftains to push Baloch people to tribal war and anarchy like situation.
Talking to media after attack on his convoy here on Tuesday, he said he knew about whereabouts of the assailants who attacked his convoy to create anarchy like situation in the province.
He said earlier, attackers targeted convoy of Governor Balochistan Nawab Zulfiqar Magsi and today (Tuesday) of him.
He said moderate and peace loving tribal chieftains and elders would sit together to find out solution to get rid of extremists.
He said the attackers should keep in mind that Baloch nawabs and tribal chieftains could chase them, adding they should keep in view that the government and tribal chieftains were not weak and helpless.
To a query, he said he could not comment whether it was a suicide or planted bomb attack. He said investigation into the incident would unveil the facts.
Replying to another question, he said efforts were being made to trace out and recover missing persons.
