@ Saad: He is sitting there in Geneva because Leaders of Balochistan (and other minority provinces) are usually killed in Pakistan. Sitting outside Balochistan he is not right now demanding Independence from Pakistan, he is only asking for due share from resources being part of Pakistan. Mr Khair Baksh Marri and Mr Attaullah Mengal are residing in Pakistan right now but government is also not approaching them to resolve Baloch problem.
